Ex-Persepolis player Majid Naeini dies

Ex-Persepolis player Majid Naeini died of stroke on Thursday in Tehran due to stroke.

He passed away at the age of 60.

Naeini will be transferred to Tehran’s Masih Daneshvari Hospital for organ donation.

Naeini will be buried in Tehran's Behesht-e Zahra Cemetery.

He was coach of Persepolis youth level teams.

Naeini was playing for Shahin and Persepolis football teams.

The Tehran Times staff offer heartfelt condolences to his bereaved family.
